Here Kelly and I are with Ensen all decked out for a formal night on the town. Well, actually all decked out to attend the Governor’s Ball at the Sheraton Waikiki on Saturday night, a fundraiser for the March of Dimes. Aunty Erin kindly agreed to watch Ensen for a few hours at her friend Kim’s house. Unfortunately, he cried most of the night and refused to eat, but I digress.
It’s not often we get to play dress up and get out, so it was actually fun to give it a go. Our agency, McNeil Wilson Communications, co-sponsored a table with the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau which meant others from the office had to play dress up too. My associate Michael Ni and his date for the night Brianna Christianson (photo above) attended with about 700 others who came out in support of fighting birth defects.
It was a great evening for a good cause. A big mahalo to my sister Erin for text messaging me the UH Warriors football scores while she was watching Ensen.
