It’s been a busy couple months for the family and I’ve been neglecting the blog of cute and random Ensen posts. I’m surprised my mom hasn’t scolded me. Hehehehehe. So this post is to make amends with those who visit frequently to see the little superstar of our family. So without further ado…I present to you Ensen’s excellent adventures.

Kelly, Ensen, Erin, Kim, Kaui, and Stephanie taking a break from all the fun and games.

It’s always fun to relive childhood memories like we did yesterday at Chuck E. Cheese in Aina Hina. Our friend Kim threw a birthday for her son Jonah and everyone was invited.

Nothing much has changed here in the last 20 years. Growing up on the Big Island, I still remember how exciting it was to come to Oahu to visit the family and go to places like Chuck E. Cheese and Showbiz Pizza. And I’ll admit it’s still a fun place to come in your 30s…with KIDS of course!

So Kelly and I were looking forward to seeking Ensen’s reaction to larger than life animals walking around, talking, and singing. In true form, he loved it all…the rides, playing the games, taking photos with “the rat” himself, and even enjoyed the pizza.

We all had a great time celebrating yesterday with the Detloff family and I have a feeling this isn’t the last visit the Kam family will be making Chuck E. Cheese. Next time, maybe I’ll try out a few rides with Ensen. 🙂
